She tweeted the above photo and this message to over 230,000 Twitter followers , “To my Forty and over crew! Don’t believe the hype…we DO get better with age!”
She recently shared her secret during an interview with Essence magazine. She says, “I don’t eat for pleasure. I eat for my schedule so I have to eat high-protein, lots of greens and healthy carbs so that I don’t fall flat on my face.”
Wow!, we agree. She does get better with age. Doesn’t she look amazing?!
