Good news for Chris Brown. A California judge has just dismissed charges the singer violated his probation when he hit a vehicle and did not fork over proper identification to the driver.
Back in May we reported the singer was involved in a fender-bender that nearly landed him in jail.
So how did Brown avoid jail time? The woman of the struck vehicle did not want to pursue the case any further and wanted the entire ordeal over with. In fact, she also did not ask for any monetary compensation because she felt the damages were too minor.
Of the news the singer tweeted simply, “Thank GOD!”
