Kandi Burruss‘s empire just keeps on growing. The singer/songwriter and ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ reality star has just opened up her fourth TAGS boutique.
Kandi shared the above image at the opening wearing this adorable Layla Black and White Stripe Cocktail dress. According to Burruss the dress is only $60!
