It’s finally here people, the first exclusive photo of Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker‘s lavished wedding ceremony on April 4th.
The couple granted In Touch the exclusive rights to their wedding and all the details.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star tells In Touch, “The whole thing was like a fairy tale!”
The bride wore a beautiful custom $20,000 Reco Chapple gown with a 12-foot train.
The wedding took place at Atlanta’s Le Fais Do-Do event facility in front approximately 300 guests.
“I didn’t know if I was going to be able to pull this all together,” Kandi admits to In Touch.
She admits that she organized the entire ceremony in just one month. “I couldn’t wait around hoping things would get better. I just had to do it and hope for the best.”
Thankfully for the couple, Burruss’ meddling mom, Mama Joyce, put her issues with the groom aside in time for the wedding to go through. She’s been quoted to call him “an opportunist” and has even accused him of cheating with one of her daughter’s best friends.
Although Mama Joyce has already gone on record to shade Todd some more since the wedding (apparently there was some prenup drama), she tells In Touch, “Time will tell if Todd gets my blessing, but if Kandi’s happy, then I need to be happy for her.”
Kandi’s bridesmaids included matron of honor Tamera Wynn, maid of honor Carmon Cambrice, Tameka ‘Tiny’ Harris (T.I’s wife), singer Fantasia Barrino, Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s reality star and friend Rasheeda Frost, fellow RHOA cast mate Phaedra Parks and Joyce Dallas. The entire wedding party wore white.
