Kanye West visited Power 105. 1 The Breakfast Club Friday morning and gave his input on Tyga dating his underage sister-in-law Kylie Jenner and Amber Rose speaking out against the couple and dissing his now wife Kim Kardashian.
While speaking on the rapper West says, “I think he got in early,” in reference to his much younger girlfriend. He adds, “I knew Tyga was smart.”
While Tyga will turn 25 this year, Kylie turns 18 in August. West also adds that he knows couples whose age differences are more significant.
While addressing his ex, Amber Rose, whose spoken out publicly against Tyga for seemingly leaving his ex-fiancee and her BFF, Blac Chyna, for the young fashionista and socialite, West couldn’t help but to take a jab.
It’s no secret that there’s a history of bad blood between Rose and the rapper’s wife, Kim Kardashian. In fact, Rose accuses him of sending Kanye nude photos while they had been in a relationship, something he denies.
“If Kim had first dated me when I wanted to be with her there wouldn’t be an Amber Rose,” he stated.
And in true Kanye fashion he adds, “I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim.”
Wow!
Although some of his statements were controversial, West’s interview was actually one of his best. He spoke humbly and honestly about the music industry, artistry and his recent collaboration with Adidas, having dinner with former nemesis Taylor Swift, listening to Beck’s album post Grammy criticism among other things.
