Say it ain’t so! Kevin Hart was arrested, over the weekend, on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Hart was pulled over by the police on the 101 Freeway in California, at approximately 4:30 am Sunday morning, in a black Mercedes.
According to the officer, Hart was driving erratically, going at 90 MPH, and showed “objective signs of intoxication” and was “unable to perform field sobriety tests.”
He was then taken to a local jail and posted a $5,000 bond.
Following his arrest, TMZ caught up with the comedian upon his release. On his way out Kevin admitted to driving drunk but did express that he thought one of the charges (not specified) was total BS.
Even in the most unfavorable positions Hart seems to make light of the situation. However, we hope he’s learned from his lesson and won’t commit the offense again.

DUI isn’t anything to make light of. If he had killed someone would he be cracking jokes then?
