It’s a boy for Kimora and husband Tim Leissner!
It was the former model, television personality and fashion mogul’s daughter, Ming Lee Simmons, 15, who actually made the announcement via her official Instagram account.
It was during, what appeared to be Simmons’ baby shower, where the mom and teen snapped the photo.
Upon sharing the image with her followers, Ming’s caption read, “… @officialkimora #itsaboy #babyleissner…” with accompanying blue hearts.
The image and message was also shared by the singer’s ex-husband and mogul, Russell Simmons.
It was nearly one year ago, on February 20, 2014, that we learned Kimora and Tim secretly tied the knot after a short courtship.
By November of the same year we would learn of Simmons’ pregnancy.
Simmons also has two daughter, Ming, 15 and Aoki, 12, from her first marriage to Russell Simmons and son, Kenzo, 5, with ex Djimon Hounsou.
