For Halloween this year, Miley Cyrus channels rapper Lil Kim during her 1999 appearance at the Video Music Awards. You know the infamous purple mermaid bodysuit, and matching wig, with her left breast out. If it wasn’t for her pasty we may have gotten an eye full of Lil Kim’s breast.
