Nia Long visited The Today Show yesterday to speak with Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford to speak about the Chris Rock documentary ‘Good Hair’, in which she makes an appearance.
This is one documentary I will definitely check out. Great comic relief on such a serious topic. Check it out. It arrives in theaters today.

It's very interesting that a man of all people took the time out to discuss the hair of women. It shows that we are not the only one's who have questions as to what's going on up there. But, quite honestly, I think women, ALL women should try to embrace who they are and work with what they have. The clip that was shown here stated that women can pay anywhere from 1,000 to 3,500 for some hair. WOW, i get crazy when i have to pay my little $50 for my wash n sets girl. My question is, Do men even pay attention to all of the various hairstyles we have or is it just some twisted up illusion that women have built for themselves that makes us all think they do anyway?
