Earlier today we reported on the possible split between the couple after six years of marriage (Read HERE).
Although, at the time, the report seemed to be mere speculation, the split may have just been has confirmed.
It was Cannon who spoke out telling The Insider, “There is trouble in paradise. We have been living in separate houses for a few months.”
“[Right now] my main focus is my kids.”
The couple’s last public outing together dates back as early as February. They were together, however, in celebration of Father’s Day with 3 year-old twins, Moroccon and Monroe, back in June. As per photos the couple both shared on social media, there were no obvious telling signs that the relationship was strained.
As to what caused the split, speculation suggest Mariah grew tired of Nick being too open and talking about their sex life in interviews.
Nick also talked about past celebrity women he dated, most notably, during his interview with LA’s Big Boy’s neighborhood radio station. He confirmed sleeping with, one of his more famous exes, Kim Kardashian.
There’s been no word from the singer or her camp.
