Yesterday we informed you of the late Michael Jackson‘s daughter, Paris Jackson, and her unfortunate suicide attempt Tuesday night. Now we’ve learned the 15 year old may have just been crying out for attention and didn’t intend on taking her life.
Although Paris reportedly cut her arm with a meat cleaver, downed several Motrin pills and left a suicide note, she also called a suicide hotline who then called police. Officials now believe by calling the hotline it was a clear sign that Paris didn’t really want to kill herself.
“She wanted to be saved,” a source close to the case reveals, “It makes no sense if you really want to die to call a hotline, where the person on the other end will get an ambulance over to your house.”
“She’s into the drama,” adds the source.
The teen was taken to a nearby hospital in Calabasas, where she received stitches for her cut, and has been placed on a psychiatric hold for 72 hours.
