When Heidi Klum and Seal announced they were separating, after seven years of marriage, in 2012 we were all shocked to hear the news (See HERE). At the time, the two seemed like the perfect couple.
It was an even bigger shock when Klum began dating her bodyguard, who’d also watched over the couple’s four children.
Last week, reports surfaced suggesting that Klum and her bodyguard lover, Martin Kristen, was over. But, we’ve now learned that Seal (whose also celebrating his 51st birthday today) is back in the picture.
An insider is now dishing on the couple’s reconciliation.
The insider adds, “Late last year, their daughter Lou was quite upset about not seeing her dad as much. In the end, the couple decided to co-parent a lot more, attending sports games together etc. Then in the last couple of weeks, that turned into long dinners at the house, longer stays with the kids and then sleep overs. They’re even kissing in front of the kids now. It’s very much back on.”
As for Heidi’s ex beau and reason for letting him go the insider reveals, “He was about to propose and she knew that the time was now to cut it off in order to not hurt his feelings and have anything drag out that would be unpleasant for him, for her, and for the kids. She still had feelings for Seal so couldn’t let her relationship with Martin go to the next step. Unsurprisingly, the kids are really happy about their parents being back together.”

The couple have four children together, daughters Leni and Lou and sons Henry and Johan.
In 2009 Seal officially adopted Heidi’s daughter, Leni, from her previous relationship with Flavio Briatore. In fact, it was Seal by Heidi’s side when she gave birth to Leni in 2004.
Glad they are able to work out their differences.
