G.O.O.D music’s first lady and actress, Teyana Taylor, and her Taylor’d Textures line has just partnered up with My Extensionz hair company.

As per the company’s official press release, “…My Extensionz was looking for a young, influential celebrity to partner with on a new hair line. Teyana represented everything the brand stood for–individuality, independence and versatility.”

“I decided to collaborate with My Extensionz, because I thought their movement was dope, Taylor adds.”

“When my Mom told me about their company, and how young and driven they were, I figured it could be a great fit. I’m all for the girl empowerment, young entrepreneurial movements.”

Further elaborating her reason for partnering up with the hair extensions company she adds, “I ran into a young lady who came over to me and was like “I love you! I love your movies! I love you as an artist! And I am so in love with your hair!” We began talking, and she was still raving about my hair, and in the middle of talking; her Mom came out and said “She has cancer.” I was stunned! And just knowing all of the ailments that come from having cancer, I know one of the things that can be experienced during chemotherapy is hair loss”

Taylor’D Textures by My Extensionz will offer women the versatility of three textures with one product; the Teyana Curl, Deep Wave and Straight. The line also includes a specially designed curling wand to assist women in achieving the perfect curl.

Beginning Saturday, April 26th, Taylor’d Textures by My Extensionz will officially launch, becoming available for purchase at www.myextensionz.com. and My Extensionz retail locations in downtown Chicago and Matteson, IL.

  2. Curious, when is she going to create a partnership with an album release date? I’m amazed she’s stayed famous for so long.
