Five days ago, Janet Jackson made the official announcement that she has become the new Nutrisystem spokeswoman. Now, the 45 year old, who’ve dealt with body image issues all her life, wants to help you get in shape and are sharing some of her secrets.
In a recent interview with ABC’s ‘Good Morning America’ she says, “It’s a matter of learning how to keep it off, that maintenance and they have a program for that…My success plan is to be healthy and feel good about me.”
