Lil Mama will be joining the cast of a new reality show. Fresh off the heels of landing the role of Left Eye in VH1’s TLC biopic, the rapper has gone on to be one of six female MC’s to join ‘Hip Hop Sisters’.
The rapper even shared a couple photos of herself and two of her cast mates.
Mama shared this Instagram photo of herself and rapper Yo Yo with the caption, “Me and @yoyofearless shooting #hiphopsisters”.
And here’s another of the duo and rapstress MC Smooth. Again she added, “@yoyofearless @smooththemc at our Show last Night in New Orleans… #hiphopsisters”
The upcoming BET reality show also includes 80’s female MC’s, MC Lyte, Lady of Rage, and Monie Love.
We shouldn’t be surprised however, the ladies have been spotted together a lot lately. They were even among the stars to walk the BET Hip Hop Awards red carpet this year. And, MC Lyte has been a mentor to Lil’ Mama for some time now.
The show will document the rappers’ personal and profession lives as they relaunch their music careers.
