Can we say, trying just a little too hard here? Miley “twerking” Cyrus took her marijuana smoking antics to the MTV European Music Awards,over the weekend, and now that’s all anyone can talk about.
Upon winning the best video award for single “Wrecking Ball” , Miley took to the stage to thank her fans saying, “I couldn’t fit this award in my bag but I did find this, so thank you guys very much,” and proceeded to smoke a joint from her Chanel purse.

We get it Miley. You’ve made a conscious effort to kill off Hannah Montana and working on finishing off what’s left of your Disney image but we’re not too sure of the presentation. We’re not sure if this is all a brilliant marketing tactic or just you lashing out but most of us can, probably, agree that your antics are a bit abrasive — tacky even. However, you’ve once again managed to be the most talked about pop star in the media this week. Mission accomplished!
But Miley please do yourself and your fans a favor…slow down.
